Terms of service.
These terms cover your use of VYBE.ART. By using the studio you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
VYBE.ART is a studio for generative art. You describe an idea and Perlin, our AI agent, writes code that renders it live in your browser. You can tune, remix, export, share and publish what you make.
Accounts
You can use the studio without an account; your work is then tied to your browser. If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure: you're responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Your work
As between you and us, the prompts you write and the pieces you make are yours. We don't claim ownership of them. Bear in mind that AI output isn't unique: other people may get similar results from similar prompts, and the law on rights in AI-generated work varies from place to place.
To run the service, you give us permission to store, process and display your work for you. When you share a piece, you allow us to show it to anyone with the link. When you publish a piece, you also allow us to list it on VYBE.ART and to feature it when promoting the service, and you allow other people to watch it and remix it in the studio. You can unpublish at any time, which removes the listing; remixes already made by others stay with them.
Acceptable use
Don't use VYBE.ART to:
- Break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- Make or publish content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers children.
- Upload reference images you don't have the right to use.
- Create code meant to harm viewers, such as malware, phishing or attempts to collect their data.
- Probe, overload or bypass the service's limits and security, or access it with automated tools at a scale that degrades it for others.
We may unlist or remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these rules.
AI output
Pieces are generated by AI models and run as code in your browser. Output can be inaccurate, unexpected or not what you asked for, and it isn't reviewed by us before you see it. You're responsible for how you use what you make, including checking it's suitable before you rely on it, exhibit it or use it commercially.
Plans and limits
The Free plan includes a limited number of generations. If we offer paid plans, their price, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before you buy and form part of these terms. We may change plans and limits, and will give notice of changes that affect a plan you're paying for.
Our rights
The VYBE.ART name, logo, site and software belong to us. These terms don't give you rights in them beyond using the service as intended. If you send us feedback, we can use it without obligation to you.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something published on VYBE.ART infringes your rights, email hello@vybe.art with a link to the piece and a description of the work it copies, and we'll review it.
Availability and changes
We're always improving the studio, so features may change or be withdrawn, and the service may be interrupted. We don't guarantee it will always be available or that stored work will never be lost: export pieces you care about.
Ending your use
You can stop using VYBE.ART at any time and delete your account from your account page. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To that same extent, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page and tell you about significant changes in the studio or by email. Continuing to use VYBE.ART after a change means you accept the new terms.
